Refunds are only considered if the course content has not been accessed. Once any part of the course has been accessed, refunds are not applicable.

c. Services

For project-based services, refunds are considered for the following:

Before work begins: Full refunds are issued if cancelled before work begins.

During work: Refunds are given based on percentage of work completed. Administrative fees may apply.

After completion: No refunds are issued after project delivery.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

Delays or problems caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide required details or approvals).

Changes in project scope after work has begun.

Dissatisfaction due to unclear instructions initially given.

Requests for additional modifications beyond the agreed scope.
